Every 2 weeks TAWS have a new challenge based on a fun photo called "Be Inspired" and 3GJ has their own challenge using 3GJ Crinkle Ribbon
So for this challenge the DT's are using the inspiration photo, The Alley Way Stamps and ribbon

YOUR challenge will be to come up with a project using THIS photo, a stamp and ribbon.

I'm on the DT for 3GJ so the lovely ladies at TAWS sent me the Work It Out stamps and here's what I came up with....

The direction I took with this stamp set was to create a Trio Of Tags that you can give to a friend who's reaching some personal weight loss goals or just working towards a healthier lifestyle. This way you can give your friend some encouragement and they'll also have a pretty visual reminder to keep on going with their goals.
