Hi Friends! Today I'm up over on the 3 Girl Jam Challenge blog for our current challenge that's going on, "Use A Digi With Ribbon".
Now for those of you who know me..know I'm not a digi user...I'm not hate'n on them at all..I just know my design style so this was a challenge for me as I embraced it and created my "I Like Your Style Girl" diva tag....
Our sponsor for this challenge, Use a Digi With Ribbon, is Sassy Studio Designs
Here's the digi I chose to use for this challenge...Evanora..
I decided to do some paper piecing with this digi image instead of coloring it as you would normally see since I don't do coloring or use Copics etc.
I used some of the yummy Halloween Harvest crinkle ribbon for this tag. I love how it looks against the purple and green tones in the papers I used for the image.
I thought the feathers were a fun touch to add to the image : )
Here's a better photo of the paper piecing I did for this image...
Isn't that crinkle ribbon just gorgeous???
I have a short video to share with you that shows you the tag up close and the products I used for this tag..you can check it HERE on my YouTube Channel. Blogger is being weird and isn't allowing anyone to insert videos directly into our posts...urgh!!
As I mentioned at the beginning of this post, the current challenge is sponsored by Sassy Studio Designs (the winner will get 4 digis of their choice) and by 3 Girl Jam (a gift certificate for $10...wowza). This Challenge goes through May 23rd so be sure to head into your creative space and get started on your project!! Also don't forget to stop by the 3 Girl Jam Challenge Blog for all the details surrounding the challenge.
I sure hope you join in on the challenge...I know we'd love to see what you come up with : )
Thanks for stopping by and happy craftin!!

Hi Friends..today I want to share a DT project I made for Pink Persimmon. This was actually live on their blog January 30th (click HERE to see the post) but I wanted to share it on mine as well : )
I made this cute wall art for my work mom (yes at 40 I have a work mom..lol) for Christmas & she loved it.
I used the Pink Persimmon Mini Bingo stamp and I really love how it turned out.
To create the rasied portions of the bingo card I stamped this twice and cut out the decorative squares. I embossed them and added a dimensional dot on the back to make them really pop off the bingo card.
You can see the dimension a little more in this photo..
The "sweet" sentiment is from the Mini Silhouettes & Monograms stamp set
That yummy crinkle ribbon you see peeking out from the gorgeous Prima flowers is from 3 Girl Jam. Love that stuff!!!
More of the 3GJ Crinkle Ribbon tucked behind some Prima goodness.
If you haven't used any of the Pink Persimmon photopolymer stamps before..you MUST!! They stamp such clear sharp images on many different mediums. I've stamped with mine on fabric, ribbon, textured CS and much more.
Thanks for stopping by and for checking out another scrappy post AND I want to THANK all of my new followers. I seriously appreciate all of you who take the time to peruse my blog and see what I'm up to : )
Happy Scrappin!!
