I made these super cute treat bags from these plain ol' hardware store bags......
I chose some random craft paint I had in my stash in the color I wanted, painted the bags & inked them with some Walnut Stain distress ink from TH after they had dried. You'll notice that I also cut the bags down some...you don't have to do this of course as you can make these as tall or short as you want : )
I stamped some different Halloween images & sentiments on the front of each treat bag. To make the handles I added some eyelets & topped them off with some Tuxedo crinke ribbon. The handles are made with floral wire which I again topped off in different crinkle ribbons...LOVE THIS STUFF!!!
I filled my treat bags with candy corn...which I may or may not have eaten ; )
I just love how cute these little treat bags are & how the crinke ribbon really tops them off!!
These adorable treat bags were easy to make & they would be such a fun way to pass out treats to your little goblins or to use as decor & favors at a Halloween/Harvest party.
Thanks for stopping by & checking out another scrappy post. Don't forget to stop by the 3 Girl Jam Challenge Blog and see what my super creative DT Sisters came up with...I already peeked and there are some FAB projects listed.
Happy Scrappin!!
