Wow..it's Wednesday already...I can't believe how fast this week is going by. It probably helped that I didn't have to work on Monday due to Presidents Day : )
Welcome back for another FAB challenge with The Perfect Sentiment. This week's challenge is to create a get well card inspired by a sketch..I will show that to you in just a little bit.
First let me show you my take on this week's challenge...
I know you are all totally shocked that I used purple as my main color...lol : )
And here's the sketch for this challenge..
This is a pretty clean & simple card which I like to do from time to time. I cut some Kraft cardstock & Coredinations CS in a circle with my George and Basic Shapes Cricut cartridge...inked the edges with some Dusty Concord TH Distress Ink..stapled some lace trim & stamped the sentiment...pretty easy peasy :)
I had the perfect paper & fabric trim for this challenge. Both of these came in a massive scrapbook kit from Costco that I received for Christmas a few years back. I was happy to finally use some of this trim. Goes perfectly with the sketch I think.
As always I like to carry the theme from the front to the inside...
