Master Crafter Challenge...Rockstar Mini

Hey everyone...I am beyond excited about this post. I was one of the lucky 100 crafters to get in on the Master Crafter Challenge. We each received a Mystery Box with some scrappy supplies that we had to incorporate into a project of our choice..SQUEAL!!! This type of project is totally up my alley!! For all the details surrounding the challenge and how the Master Crafter will be selected, please click HERE.

First let me show you a photo of my project then I will show you what came in my Mystery Box. I also did a short video showing you my album so be sure to look for that towards the end of my post : )

I made this from this........
I used the Scissor Mouse to cut the mat stack CS into smaller pieces for the photo mats inside the mini album...after looking at the photos below & watching the video, you will see where and how I used the other challenge materials.

Here's my video : )

And now for some photos of the mini album & tags.....
I made the mini album pages from the DCWV Rockstar Mat Stack & created pockets on each page by leaving the sides open so I could tuck some tags inside.
Another pic of the front...these metal embelishments I picked up earlier this year went perfectly with this mini...I was pretty jazzed when I saw the Rockstar Mat Stack in my box : )
I don't know if we all received the same stamp or not but mine said "courage". I really tried to incorporate this stamp in various ways throughout the mini album.
I fussy cut the guitars from a page in the Mat Stack....
I totally forgot to get a pic of the back but you can see it in my video...I used one of the gold foil embossed pages from the Mat Stack...it looks really cool :)

Here are some pics of the front and backs of the tags that are tucked into each page pocket...
I seriously had a BLAST creating this mini album for the Master Crafter Challenge and my daughter Kaley has already laid claim on it...as you will hear in the video..haha. I have always wanted to participate in something like this and I am super excited to see what the other 99 crafters came up with.

If you didn't get to my blog post today via the Master Crafter Challenge website..be sure to go HERE and vote for for your favorite project...which I hope is mine : ) I'm No.6 on the list btw. The lucky crafter who will be named Master Crafter wins by having a project with the most votes...so....VOTE FOR ABBY AKA SCRAPPINABBY!!!!!!!!

Thanks for stopping by and checking out another scrappy post : )
