Perfect Sentiments Challenge 12: Thank You With A Sketch

Happy Wednesday fellow scrappers...you know what today is right??? Another weekly challenge from The Perfect Sentiment Challenge Blog!

This weeks challenge is to create a Thank You card & the twist is to use a sketch. Before we get to all the details let me start off with my card for this challenge........

~Sorry for the glare...I had to take these extra shots rather quickly due to an illness in my family~
Normally I would comment on each photo and provide some info/detail on the card but my grandmother is in the hospital as I type this and I am already late in getting this post up...so please forgive me if this seems rushed : )

Here is the sketch that you must use for this weeks challenge....

Now for some more inspiration from my fellow DT members......
